These terms apply to your use of photos.vivory.app ("Vivory Photos"), an AI photo processing web service operated by Vivory (sole-prop registration pending).

1. Service

Vivory Photos provides photo restoration, colorization, upscaling, retouch tools, and real-time camera filters in the browser. Three tiers: Free, per-photo pay, and Photos Pro subscription.

2. Payment & Refunds

Payments processed via Lemon Squeezy (Merchant of Record). Photos Pro monthly subscription refundable within 7 days if unused. Per-photo charges auto-refund on processing failure only.

3. Content Responsibility

You are responsible for copyright and consent of uploaded photos. Do not process photos of others without their consent. AI results are informational and may not be 100% accurate.

4. Prohibited Use

NSFW content, inappropriate processing of minors, fake ID/document forgery, and defamatory deep-fakes of public figures are prohibited. Violations result in immediate account termination and possible legal action.
