1. Photo Data

Uploaded photos are auto-deleted from servers after AI processing (max 24h retention). Never used for AI model training. Real-time camera filters run 100% inside your browser — photos never leave your device.

2. Payment Information

Card details are handled directly by Lemon Squeezy (PCI-DSS Level 1) and never stored on Vivory servers. Only transaction receipts and subscription status are kept.

3. Analytics

Google Analytics 4 with IP anonymization for traffic data only. No ad tracking.

4. Your Rights

You may exercise GDPR / Korean PIPA rights (account deletion, data export, processing halt) via contact@vivory.app.
